The hotel day starts at 3:00 PM and ends at 11:00 AM on the following day.
Children aged 0–4 staying in a room with their guardians without additional services – free of charge.
Baby cot – 100 PLN per stay.
A deposit of 40% confirming the reservation is required at the time of booking via the online payment system or within 3 days of making the reservation by bank transfer.
The remaining 60% must be paid no later than 7 days before arrival.
In case of cancellation or no-show, the deposit is non-refundable.
The package price does not include the local (tourist) tax – it is charged separately.
Failure to use any of the package elements does not reduce its total value.
All package elements are an integral part of the reservation.
